General Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") the following definitions apply:

• Seller: Plus Tensions B.V., located in Utrecht, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 68055021. This is the legal entity acting as the contractual seller.

• Brand / Webshop: MOOD Hair Care is a brand and webshop of Plus Tensions B.V. and sells exclusively online. There is no physical visiting address for customers.

• Buyer: The natural person or legal entity who orders products and/or services from the Seller.

• Agreement: Any agreement between Seller and Buyer regarding the delivery of products and services via the webshop.

• Products: Professional hair care products and related items available through the webshop.

• In writing: This also includes electronic communication (email, website, etc.).

2. Applicability

2.1 These Terms apply to all offers, orders and Agreements whereby Seller offers products and/or services via the MOOD Hair Care webshop.
2.2 By placing an order via the webshop, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

3. Offers and Agreement
3.1 All offers are without obligation until the order has been confirmed by Seller.
3.2 The Agreement is concluded when the Buyer places an order via the webshop and the Seller confirms it.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are in Euro, include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the webshop (iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, etc.).

5. Delivery
5.1 Deliveries are made exclusively to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
5.2 MOOD Hair Care has no physical visiting address; all deliveries are made exclusively by post/shipping service.

6. Retention of Title

Ownership of the products transfers only after full payment.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via the webshop's customer service.

8. Liability

Seller is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

9. Applicable Law

All Agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
